No, you do not need a cannabis card to purchase recreational marijuana at EarthMed. Illinois is one of several states that has legalized recreational cannabis for adults over the age of 21. This means that anyone who meets the age requirement can purchase cannabis products from our dispensary in Addison without needing a medical card.
Can you buy edibles online?
At EarthMed, we do not deliver edibles or any other products. However, you can complete your purchase online and pick up your products from one of our dispensaries. Simply add your products to the cart and select a pick-up time for your order.
How much weed is in a pre-roll?
At EarthMed, each of our pre-rolled joints will list the exact amount of marijuana within. Each joint has anywhere from .35 grams to 1 gram of premium flower. Also be mindful that some of our pre-roll products come in packs with multiple joints.
How do I know the potency of a cannabis product?
The potency of a cannabis product refers to its concentration of psychoactive compounds. The potency is usually measured in milligrams (mg) of THC or CBD per serving. The higher the THC content, the more potent the product.
Do vape pens fit all cartridges?
While a majority of vape pens use a standard “510-thread” cartridge that twists into the battery, there are a few specialty brands that use their own custom batteries and cartridges. Be sure that your vaporizer uses a 510-thread before purchasing that type of battery.
How long do vape batteries last?
Once your vape battery is charged, it can usually stay powered for a few days. This ultimately varies, depending on your frequency of use. In the long term, vape batteries can be reused for the better part of a year (or longer) if they are well taken care of.
Do extracts expire?
Eventually, extracts will dry up and lose some of their potency if left unused for 6+ months. After a couple of years in the drawer, it’s best to throw your old extracts away. Try to keep your fresh extracts in a sealed container, away from sunlight to slow down degradation. And be sure to check your extracts package label for more information.
